What's after PowerSkate JR?

Once a skater has reached the age of 10 years old and is at the 2nd year U11 level or higher, skaters can look to register for the PowerSkate Sr program. This 45 min full ice program will take existing skills and further develop and enhance a players speed, strength and agility.

Taught by specially trained NCCP Skate Canada coaches, with many years of experience including overseas training, this is an excellent program to continue building up skills trained in Power A and into the higher levels of hockey/ringette.

PowerSkate Sr is offered three times per season - Fall, Winter and Spring as a morning class.
